I started working on import vehicles in 1966, I have certification in Volkswagen, Honda, Acura, Saab, Porsche and many more. I moved to Alaska in 1970's and fell in love with the state and never left. I pride myself in customer service that is one reason I opened my own shop in 1999. I wanted my customers to get a fair and honest technician that would listen and take care of there vehicles as if they were my own. The team here at Accurate Import have the same beliefs as I do and they make sure that the customers are treated like family.

Is our Shop Foreman here at Accurate Import Center, He has over 26 years experience in the repair business. He is factory trained in Nissan, Toyota, also ASE Certified. Ed has been with Accurate Import Center for 3 years and counting. We are very lucky to have Ed as our shop foreman so when we are not here we are very confident that Ed can run the shop. As you can see Ed has quite the long hair, he grows it out and donates his hair to Locks for Love I know that the cancer victims appreciate this gesture.

Josh joined our team here at Accurate Import Center 2 years ago, he graduated from AVTEC in Seward after a year in school and graduated with excellent grades. He is ASE certified, Josh is still considered a trainee in this business. There hasn't been a job yet that he hasn't been able to tackle and acheive with high accomplishments. We look forward to having Josh many more years to come.

I have been in Alaska since 1952 raised in Kodiak, I have been in the automotive business since 1984, I started out in the accounting office in 1984, I switched to the parts department in 1985 loved inventory control so much just stayed with it. My main duties at Accurate is the accounting area, with every thing in between. AJ and myself have been owners of Accurate since 1999 and love that we can serve our customers as our family. We look forward to see each and everyone of you when you come in for service. Although the team we have can handle anything that you need on your vehicle.

Cliff is factory trained in Nissan, Mitsubishi, Honda also ASE Certified. Cliff has 20 years experienc in automotive repair he has been with Accurate Import 7 years. Cliff use to work with AJ when he was only 14 at Pioneer Honda. We have come to see him as one of our kids. So you will catch Cliff calling us mom and dad allot. We couldn't be prouder to have him on our team and look forward to many more years working side by side with Cliff.

Shanie is our Service Writer, Receptionist and anything else that we need her for. She has many hats that she wears for Accurate Import Center. With her bright smile and outgoing personality she is on the front lines. Shanie is the first person you see when our customer's come in for there appointments In person or on the phone she is outgoing and willing to help our customers with there problems. Shanie started 1 year ago with us and is a valuable asset to Accurate Import. She comes with high recommendations,she has been in the automotive field for 19 years, from Cashier to Warranty Clerk and everything in between. She is a great asset to Accurate Import Center
